with the rapid development of the construction industry,the lack of energy in the earth,building energy conservation has become the basic requirements of building industry development,also is the focus of our energy.Based on the building energy saving,energy saving and energy saving method of building energy efficiency on construction,analyzes the influence of cost,elaborated construction energy-saving and economic significance；present engineering cost management to adapt to new developments in the industry,with the building energy-saving work method,and the building is energy-saving investment is larger,therefore,the need for energy saving investment and engineering construction cost,use cost for the whole process management and control.
我国属于资源大国；但是由于人口过多；平均到每个人之后资源又非常有限；与世界水平还有一定的差距；因此；我国一直提倡节约资源；特别是在建筑行业；由于建筑需要消耗的能源与材料非常庞大；所以如何做好建筑节能管理与提升建筑节能技术显得尤为关键；基于此；本文讨论如何加强建筑节能管理；希望能进一步减少建筑能耗；
