介绍了应用Pro/E软件,对罗茨风机的扭叶形三叶轮进行参数化设计。应用Pro/E能通过输入叶轮不同段的参数方程,自动绘制出复杂的叶轮齿形,并进行三维实体造型,同时改变设计参数就能方便地改变叶轮齿形。对设计出的叶轮还能进行啮合模拟、干涉检查、叶轮配合间隙测量、面积利用系数计算等,大大提高了设计效率和设计精度,解决了常规设计方法很难或无法实现的一些问题。
A RAPD marker specific to leaf shape of fig(Ficus carica)was developed and converted into SCAR marker for germplasm identification.RAPD amplifications with random primers S_ 2082 produced a unique fragment linking to the non-cordate base leaf shape.The unique fragment was extracted,cloned and sequenced.Sequencing results indicated that the size of the fragment was 1 640 bp.Specific primers were designed based on its sequence and used in SCAR-PCR,and it was showed that the RAPD marker from S_ 2082-1640 was successfully converted into SCAR marker.
